So I have try lot of different programs, but the results was tiny.  After I use the 1 Minute Weight Loss program,   I felt that my fat go away and got lot of energy. I must say that it is a simple exercise that burns your fat fast. In just the first week I have lost in the waist  3 inches. The result is perfect as for the 5 minutes a day. I think that the results can be better if Ill do all in the right way from the beginning.
